wonderful stay with really good service
spacious room convenient access outdoor patio cooked breakfast
The rooms were spacious, especially the one with its own en-suite (a real plus!). access to the rooms included just three steps, surprisingly convenient. we also had a lovely outside patio area connected to both rooms. the breakfast was amazing. I chose a few things and they were all cooked perfectly.
i found the pillows to be a little too thick for my liking.

the premier double room had great features. the comfy bed ensured a good night's rest and the spacious bathroom made getting ready very easy. overall, i found it a very relaxing space, after long walks.

a pleasant surprise in the lakes
friendly service delicious meal comfortable room
the staff offered such friendly service i felt welcomed. my meals exceeded my expectations because they were delicious and good value. my room, a classic double room, was very comfy and tidy for the night i stayed. i found parking on-site helpful because it made arrival easy.

on-site parking offered convenience upon arrival because of the limited spaces available, especially when the hotel has a high occupancy. the hotel features a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, all made with local ingredients.

underwhelming stay, some issues
street noise poor soundproofing
the staff were cute, i will give them that.
the room i stayed in was far from soundproof, the street noise kept me up most of the night! i expected better insulation for the price. it really impacted my ability to rest.

The breakfast offered a lot of choice. The bathroom was well equipped with plenty of space, and i loved the shower!

wonderful stay close to everything
friendly staff good breakfast early check-in
i found the staff to be very friendly! michelle and sid stood out. the breakfast was so good and the ladies serving it were polite. i appreciated the hotel helping me check-in earlier and keeping my luggage in my room without me even asking.
the bathroom floor had unevenness. i felt dizzy when i moved around in there.

the hotel provides immediate access to the shops. its localization is ideally situated for the train and bus station. it is also distant to most of the shops.

the rooms were clean. the premium double room had a spacious bathroom. the room included generous provisions of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. a comfy bed was in my room.
